Refund Policy

At Virexly AI, we are committed to providing professional AI-powered marketing, automation, website, and growth services for local businesses. This Refund Policy explains how payments and refunds are handled once a service has started.
By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms below.
1. Service Payments
All payments made to Virexly AI are for the setup, planning, strategy, implementation, optimization, and management of your selected services.
Services may include, but are not limited to:
- Google Business Profile optimization
- Local website optimization
- Google Ads management
- Website development
- AI lead generation
- Automation setup
- Social media growth and branding
- Reporting and performance tracking
2. Refund Eligibility
Clients may request a refund only within the first 15 days after the service has started, subject to review.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing by contacting Virexly AI at:

3. No Refund After 15 Days
Once 15 days have passed from the date the service started, all payments become non-refundable.
After this period, Virexly AI will not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Business closure
- Delay in providing required access or information
- Dissatisfaction after work has already been performed
- Pausing or stopping communication
- Choosing another service provider
- Not using completed work or delivered services
4. Work Already Started
Once our team begins work on your project, time, resources, strategy, tools, and internal systems are allocated to your business.
Because of this, payments cover the work performed, setup completed, planning, research, optimization, and service management already started.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth service delivery, clients are responsible for providing required access, approvals, information, business details, website access, Google Business Profile access, advertising account access, or any other materials needed to perform the service.
Delays caused by missing information or late responses from the client do not qualify for a refund.
6. Monthly Services
For monthly recurring services, payment is required in advance for each billing cycle.
Once a new billing cycle has started, the payment for that cycle is non-refundable after the 15-day service period.
Clients may cancel future billing by notifying Virexly AI before the next billing date.
7. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation of future services at any time by contacting us in writing.
Cancellation stops future work and future billing, but it does not automatically qualify the client for a refund on payments already made.
8. Results Disclaimer
Virexly AI uses AI-powered systems, proven marketing strategies, and optimization methods to improve visibility, leads, calls, and business growth.
However, results may vary depending on market competition, location, business category, client cooperation, advertising budget, website condition, Google updates, and other external factors.
We do not guarantee exact ranking positions, exact lead numbers, or fixed revenue outcomes.
